Retail Asbestos Inspection

Wells Environmental was tasked with performing an asbestos inspection on a 250,000 square foot vacant retail sales building and an associated car service center in Toledo, OH. It was a complicated, destructive inspection, where we routinely found several layers of flooring and plenty of hidden pipes. Abatement will certainly be necessary and should happen this summer.
