The city has passed legislation requiring more rental homes to be inspected for lead based paint (LBP) within a certain timeline. Below are some photos of building components that WOULD NOT pass visual inspection within minutes of the visual assessment. Some paint chips are allowable (<10% on any one structural component or <20% overall) but less is more in this case!
